Phase 2
Strategy editor
Strategy is "what to look for" — the criteria that define a good acquisition (counties, ZIPs, price bands, beds/sqft profile, distress signals, etc.). Logic Studio is "how to score" — once a candidate matches the strategy, how do we rank it. Keeping them separate prevents drift between the human-readable hunting criteria and the deployment filters.
Coming in Phase 2
What this page will include
- Search Criteria Master — human-readable strategy spec (counties, ZIPs, price bands, attribute filters)
- Auto-generated AutoEmail filters from the master — deployment-ready, version-controlled
- Multiple named strategies (e.g. "Sam's Tier-A only", "Sumner under $250K") with own queues
- Suppression view: candidates filtered out, with reason — auditable, not just hidden
- Sync check: does the deployed filter still match the master spec? Drift alerts on mismatch
Phase 1 (data foundation + training pipeline) is the focus right now. This module activates once the foundation reliably produces clean tiered flips and stable market models for every covered ZIP.
